Today In Food & Workouts


Today I did three workouts. Which is I uncharacteristic of me, but I’m avoiding packing up my stuff to move to the UK, so here we are.

Workout #1 - 30 minutes on treadmill doing intervals, arms

Breakfast - one large slice of rye toast with egg whites and avocado topped with cracked pepper…
